Invest in South Ribble - Space to Grow

Located in the heart of the UK's North West, South Ribble combines close proximity to major cities and great communications links with the major benefit of space.

Within the area are large tracts of land, currently either undergoing development or earmarked for imminent major development. Infrastructure and services are quickly being established for a number of new sites and existing business parks are being improved all the time.

Key sites include:

  • Moss Side Development Park

  • Moss Side Development Park – An office, industrial and distribution development on a total site of some 32.25 acres. Units can be provided on a design and build basis from 465 to 14,000 square metres (5,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet). Located on the outskirts of Leyland with direct access to M6, M61 and M65 via the upgraded A582.

  • Sceptre Point

  • Sceptre Point – Greenfield office park on a 3.2 hectare (8acre) site with choice of bespoke premises from 230 to 3,680 square metres (2,500 square feet to 40,000 square feet) and such on-site facilities as a dedicated nursery. Located at Bamber Bridge with immediate access to the M65 and M61.

  • Matrix Park – Forming part of the visionary Buckshaw Village scheme, Matrix Park comprises some 80 acres of fully masterplanned development land. The site area is some 65 hectares in total and it is supported by South Ribble Borough Council, the Northwest Development Agency and English Partnerships. The site is earmarked specifically for a limited number of significant investment opportunities. Cuerden RIS is located at the interchange of the M6/M65 motorways (junction 29) and 2 miles from the M61.

  • Lancashire Business Park

  • Lancashire Business Park – An established employment area covering 96 hectares (238 acres) offering development plots from 500 – 30,000 square metres (5,380 – 322,920 square feet). Located within 5 minutes of M6/M65 motorways.
